{Crafting Day}

It's crafting day for me. After a short walk at the beautiful stationery stores, I am inspired to make some cards, envelopes, and gift boxes . I don't have enough tools but I'll try to use recycled papers and the tools that people don't find them beautiful. I remember when I was in high school, I kept those papers from the gifts, clips, receipts {<-- yes seriously}, or any little things that had fun memories. I didn't want to throw it away. I knew I can use it with something beautiful crafts. Greeting cards, Scrapbooking, and gift bags were all in my head. I just kept it in my old box. So here I am, I will open my crafting cabinets, pull that {idle}old box and start making cards.

How about you? What are you going to do today? I hope you all have a fabulous day! Enjoy!

Wrap up the Seasons

Here I am again. Blogging about PAPERS. Ebony Snow Chafey, owner of Snow & Graham shared her vivid memory. Her Granpa taught her to wrap presents. How about my memories? I was collecting stationaries when I was 8 years old. It was the most popular things to do at my young age. We will trade a piece or the whole package of stationary. I was told by my Uncle that it was bad because it was like "gambling". I stopped for so many years. It wasn't because of my uncle. It's because I lost my passion for it as I was growing.  For some reason, when I see it from the stores, or anywhere I go, my eyes can't get away from it. When I recieved a beautiful and cute gift wrappers, cards, and stationary, I keep them. I always create my own greeting cards from my used stationary. I do it for fun. When Ebony mentioned about it. She was RIGHT! I just realized, just now that Stationary is one of my favorite beautiful piece to collect. I thought I didn't. Have fun looking at the images below. How I wish I have my own studio room. I love the vintage tool box here. Enjoy!

The images below are my favorites Holiday Wraps from Snow & Graham.
Cocoa Cups
because I love coffees and hot chocolates.
Reindeer Games
because grey is one of my favorite color, the reindeers are huge. Of course I feel the Christmas seasons
Carndinals
because I love birds. It's chic, girly, and simple. The Red birds are very striking color on turquoise blue

"Lose the tape. I'm a glue stick girl" said Ebony Snow. "It makes the perfect edge every time"

I've bee using the tape and it was my major problem. Who wants to see the tapes? NO ONE. Very simple, easy, and neat.

I am PAPER sucker!

I can't look away! I love papers! I saw this from Fish Lips Paper Design When I see papers, I see curtains & pillows too. PLUS wall coverings, stationaries, boxes, journals and you name it. To many ideas flowing through my head. I admit it. I get CRAZY!

If you love DOGS, and you have a gift for your friend's dog then this is perpect to use for gift wrapping. I know you are just going to throw it away, but why not keep it and use it as a wall art. You can frame it. YES you can. =) for more tips. Feel free to check it out @ Fish Paper Design eco-10 Tips

This one reminds me of what I saw at DESIGN ABOVE ALL SHOWCASE design by Donald Fugina & Karen Calija

Hibiscus. I love the color combinations.
